How do I register for a course?

All registrations are made online. You can visit the following the link to check all programs available for registration at https://risks.edu.sa/registration/, select your desired program, fill in your information, click to register, and complete the payment.

How far in advance do I need to register?

Our classes generally fill up fast, and we follow “first come First serve” for our registration. Normally, registrations close 14 days prior to session’s start date. If you have any concerns about the availability of a particular class, you can contact us via email at info@risks.edu.sa

Who do I contact if my company or organization is interested in hosting an on-site RISKS training course?

Will I have to create an account to register for courses?

Not exactly; all of our registration processes don’t require creating an account to register. Once you complete your registration for the desired course, your account will be created.

Is there a course cancellation fee?

No fees are applicable for cancellation, however in order to get a complete refund you must cancel prior the course beginning by 14 days. For more information please visit you Terms & Conditions page

Where can I take my exams?

Our examins are computer-based that are administrated by RISKS examination centres or Pearson examination centres depending on the certificate you are applying to.  RISKS has three examination centres, in Dammam, Riyadh and Jeddah. 

What will happen if I fail an exam?

Each qualification must be completed within the required length indicated in the conditions of each certificate/program.  Candidates are be permitted for up to two-to-three exams attempts within this timeframe depending on the conditions that are applicable for the desired certificate/program.  Please read the conditions of the programs you are interested in.

Am I required to pay a re-sit fee for the second attempt?

You may be allowed to take the second exam attempt for free for some programs. Please read the examination information for the program you are interested in.

What does the exam look like?

The exam format will be a Multiple-choice exam, the same format for most remote exams around the world.

Can I schedule my exam?

Yes, you can reschedule the exam for free if you apply for rescheduling one month prior to the exam date.

What are the certification requirements?

In what language are the certificates delivered and assessed?

RISKS certificate qualifications are delivered and assessed in English. If English is not your first language, we recommend that you have an IELTS score of 6.0 or equivalent evidence of competence in the English language before beginning your studies. However, English proficiency is the responsibly of candidate as RISKS do not ask for IELTS result. 

Do you offer any tuition discounts?

RISKS Professional programs have a fixed fee for individual participants, group participants, and professional,

What payment methods are available?

●          Invoice – payment must be made within 14 days of the invoice date. (For corporate clients).

What kind of support will I receive when I enrol on a RISKS Certificate?

When you enrol on one of our Certifications program, you will automatically be registered as a student member of RISKS for one year, or until you complete the certificate-whichever comes first. You will only continue to have student membership as long as you are entered for an exam. Students will also receive access to:
